# 4-2. Regenerative NFTが表章する権利

認証カーボンクレジットNFTを保有するユーザーは、当該認証カーボンクレジットNFTを保有するユーザー名義へ、当該カーボンクレジットNFTが表章するカーボンクレジットの名義書換請求権を有するものとします。

ただし、当社所定の数量の認証カーボンクレジットNFTを保有するユーザー（ただし、そのカーボンクレジットがJクレジットの場合、日本非居住者のユーザー及び個人のユーザーを除き、かつJクレジットの登録簿システムにおいて口座を有する法人に限ります）は、当社への登録情報の届出その他当社所定の方法により認証カーボンクレジットNFTを使用することで、当該本NFTが表章するJクレジット等のカーボンクレジットの登録簿上の名義書換を請求することができます。（ただし、未認証カーボンクレジットNFTにあっては、当該未認証カーボンクレジットNFTが表章するカーボンクレジットが認証機関により認証された時以降に限ります。）

ただし、ユーザーは、本サービス内外を問わず、その保有する本NFTを、決済手段として利用することは一切できないものとします
