# 4-4. カーボンクレジットの二重計上の防止

認証カーボンクレジットNFTは認証済みのカーボンクレジットの名義書換請求権を表章するNFTであり、カーボンクレジットの実体はカーボンクレジット認証機関（Jクレジットの場合は環境省）にて発行されます。オフセットする際にはJクレジット等のカーボンクレジット登録簿のルールに従って実施するため、カーボンクレジットが二重計上されることはありません。

他方、認証カーボンクレジットNFTを保有しているにもかかわらず、自然資源を保有しているプロジェクト実施者がそのカーボンクレジットを第三者に販売してしまった結果、当該認証カーボンクレジットNFTの権利を行使できなくなってしまうリスクがあります。

そのため、カーボンクレジット等の環境価値をSINRAで取り扱う場合、事前に自然資源を保有しているプロジェクト実施者とSINRAとの間で当該環境価値について第三者に譲渡できない、自らオフセットできない等の内容の契約を締結し、認証カーボンクレジットNFTの権利を維持させます。
