SINRA consists of the SINRA System and the Regenerative NFT.

The SINRA System is responsible for issuing Regenerative NFTs, and once issued, these NFTs are recorded on the blockchain.

The SINRA System is a web system existing off-chain, and its database holds detailed information about the natural resources that generate environmental value and the owners of those resources.

On the other hand, Regenerative NFTs serve as proof of title of environmental value. The attributes of the environmental value they represent are stored on the blockchain (on-chain).
