# 4-1. Regenerative NFTの状態

Jクレジット等のカーボンクレジットに関連して、Regenerative NFTを発行することを通じて、日本国内の法人はもちろんのこと、個人や海外の方にも日本の環境価値に間接的に保有することが可能となります。

SINRAのRegenerative NFTには以下の2つの状態があります。

「認証カーボンクレジットNFT」とは、カーボンクレジット認証機関（Jクレジットの場合は環境省など）による認証済みのカーボンクレジットの名義書換請求権を表章するNFTをいいます。認証カーボンクレジットNFTを保有するユーザーは、当該認証カーボンクレジットNFTを保有するユーザー名義へ、当該認証カーボンクレジットNFTが表章するカーボンクレジットの名義書換請求権を有するものとします。

「未認証カーボンクレジットNFT」とは、カーボンクレジット認証機関による認証が未了の状態のカーボンクレジットの名義書換請求権を表章するNFTをいいます。NFTが発行・流通された以降、カーボンクレジットの認証が完了した場合にはNFTのメタデータ上のステータスが更新され、認証カーボンクレジットNFTとなります。
